Working on something...

In between moonlighting as a telecom technician, going to school, being a father and "helping" Mica plan a wedding, I ride bikes, take pictures of riding bikes and try to remember to video this crap. So I got the video machine out the other day and self-filmed (something I don't do much of) and was pleased to see that at the tender age of 35, I can still get up on that damn Central Ave. wallride. So forgive me while I pat myself on the back a little. I was stoked.

Hopefully the video will be soon. I am operating on Dave Parrick time.

fuck the pro life. there's nothing in the world that will make you love riding more than not having the time to do it.

so nice to read about other bike riders with busy schedules.

Jake, I too love that wallride. It makes me feel like I actually know how to ride every now and then. Tony, you are exactly right...not having the time makes me love it that much more. I am sitting here now thinking about how I look forward to a healed back so I can get out next week and pedal. And contrary to the thoughts of my family, it isn't old age...it is what happens when you nose case a landing and smack your back on a rock. Ow. Next week will be weird, because I don't think I have ever really rode with a wedding band on...
